Gwen is a dedicated full-time realtor who takes pride in helping clients find their dream homes. Alongside her real estate career, she works part-time in insurance customer care, offering support with professionalism and compassion. Gwen cherishes time spent with her family and has a passion for hosting gatherings, creating warm and memorable experiences for loved ones. Her commitment to her work and her love for connecting with people shine in everything she does. 

Debi K. Manner

Debi joined our team after a long and successful career in the medical field. She excels in learning new skills and has really enjoyed her time learning the insurance industry. Debi’s best asset is her ability to connect with people. In her free time, Debi is an avid chef and baker, who loves to spend time with her family. As her family has grown over the years, she has moved in to a part-time role in our office.   

Melissa V. Lawrence

Melissa or Mel, as she is known around the office, has a passion for learning new things and helping others, which drives her both personally and professionally. Mel graduated summa cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is dedicated to servicing your insurance needs with care and expertise, ensuring you have the best coverage and support. In her free time, Mel enjoys crafting, singing, and journaling. She has a loving husband and three (3) beautiful children. 

Bryan J. Kurilic

Bryan is the fourth-generation in the family-owned business and a fourth-generation insurance agent. He started making his appearance at the office when he was just six (6) weeks old and was licensed to sell insurance when he was eighteen (18). Bryan is a life-long resident of Sandusky and loves coming in to work each day with his dog, Gabbie. He is married to his high-school sweetheart, Kristie, and has three (3) wonderful children.
